At Calm & Co, your time — and mine — is valued. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost, and all future bookings will require full payment upfront at the time of scheduling.
